Manhattan

In our take on the Manhattan, we thought long and hard about how to emulate the cherry garnish, no self respecting Manhattan would be served without it. Since it would be quite the task to get the cherry out of the bottle after you finish the delicious cocktail, so we went ahead and included a splash of cherry liquor in our recipe, so you get an experience that’s as authentic as it gets!

Negroni
250ml (equiv. 2 servings) | 24% ABV
So a recurring feedback we’ve heard about the Negroni is that equal parts of each spirit makes the final product too bitter (at least from the average singaporean palette), so we made our tweak on it by reducing the volume of campari, and replacing sweet vermouth with tawny port for a velvety mouthfeel that is oh so balanced, and a healthy dose of orange oils to complete the experience!

Vesper
250ml (equiv. 2 servings) | 28% ABV
We had to tweak the balance very hard for this drink, balancing ABV and flavour delivery is a delicate affair, and infusing the oil from lemon peels without compromising the clarity of the cocktail was a tedious, but rewarding process, resulting in a clean tasting cocktail that kicks hard, in a pleasurable way.

Boulevardier
250ml (equiv. 2 servings) | 24% ABV
Similarly with the Negroni, we switched sweet vermouth for tawny port and infused orange oils directly into the whisky to create a harmonious experience for the discerning tongue.

Old Fashioned
250ml (equiv. 2 servings) | 30% ABV
We make our own in house orange syrup via a cold infusion process to ensure the orange zest is as fresh as the day we made it by the time you drink it!
