Lemon Drop
250ml (equiv. 2 servings) | 15% ABV
We love balance and having a good mouth feel in our cocktails, so we switched this cocktail up by using a honey lemon syrup in the production process, creating a wonderful potion that will have you emptying pouch after pouch!
Gimlet
250ml (equiv. 2 servings) | 15% ABV
We like to mix things up, alot. So in our Gimlet, we use a lime zest infused syrup to bring an extra twang to your palate, pucker up those lips cos this one is a ride!
Daiquiri

We use a house made syrup from reducing fresh sugar cane juice in our daiquiris which is lightly caramalised for an extra layer of depth and flavour in our Daiquiri.
Margarita

Ahhh the margarita, perfect for any occasion. Ours is made with an agave syrup for an authentic Tequila experience.
Whisky Sour

We all enjoy our whisky sours with the nice, thick foam, don’t we? Unfortunately we can’t provide the egg white foam in the interest of health risks, but hey we make up for this by using a denser simple syrup in the production process, this makes for a smooth tasting whisky sour that satisfies with every sip.
